Counselling
Counselling offers an opportunity to talk to someone who is properly trained, and non judgemental, who will listen, support and help you sort out and untangle your feelings and worries. Counselling can also provide you with insight into how you really think and feel, and help you work out your own solutions to problems in your own way.
Counselling will support you to effectively negotiate, respond to and change emotions or behaviours that are painful, faulty, damaging, out of control or unmanageable.
During sessions, thoughts and feelings can be aired in a safe and non-judgemental setting.
